Paul commanded you to be transformed by the renewing of your mind (Rom 12:1-2). A sign of Christian maturity is when you start thinking from a Biblical perspective, instead of from a merely human perspective. Some theologians call it adopting divine viewpoint, instead of human viewpoint (see here and here). Spiritual maturity means adopting a divine viewpoint on life’s troubles. Here

Our life experience is Psalm 37:4…serving together in full time ministry for over 30 years! Brian received his BA from Michigan State University and MA from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. Along with David and Carrie Laird, God led us to begin NJF in 2006. Brian is a master’s swimmer and Kim is an indoor cycle instructor and we enjoy doing triathlons, 5Ks and savage races together. Brian and Kim have two adult children.
